As you know, we had our pool installed prior to Christmas 2019 and it has definitely been a great asset to our family. We wanted to share our testimony with your potential clients of our experience. Being new to the area, we sought local advice and recommendations of feedback and also conducted our own thorough research prior to deciding to go ahead with Gary West Pools. Undoubtedly, the recommendations consistently were to go with Gary West Pools. We regularly heard the phrase, “you won’t be disappointed”. From the initial moment we met you at the site inspection, we have found your interactions to be honest and you always acted with integrity by having our best interests at heart. Your workmanship of our pool is fantastic and your attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. You were always patient in answering the many questions we had throughout the process to ensure that we were kept well informed and were happy with the end product. Your team were also hard working and consistently turned up when arrangements had been made and communication with your administration staff was also easy and consistent. What we liked most about dealing with Gary West Pools is that from the initial quotation process to the actual handover, we dealt with yourself who made sure the process was easy and timely. It is not often that you have a service where the face of the business works closely with the client from the beginning to the end. We have also been impressed with the after service we have received when we have required additional support/advice since installation.
The finished product is high quality and sits pride of place in our yard and has become a centrepiece for entertaining. It has been a pleasure working with yourself and the team and we would highly recommend your services to potential clients. Thank you again for our new pool. We are extremely happy with it.

Our ideal back yard turned from a dream to a reality thanks to Gary West Pools. It started with a meeting with Shane; he was realistic on what was achievable for our back yard and clearly explained the installation procedures and timelines. The initial meeting was extremely detailed; there was no doubt what was and what was not included in the package…no surprises. If we had any questions after the consult, Shane would always answer our questions…with no obligation. It is a big decision and Shane understands that! We did get three other quotes…we have done all the leg work for you….stick with Gary West Pools! Great people, quality service, pools, equipment and outstanding results. Gary West Pools can also arrange everything from electrical to plumbing to fencing to landscaping. Shane was there during installation (no dump and run!!) and personally did the handover after installation…and three months after installation, Shane has no hesitation in answering any questions we have about pool maintenance, equipment or just general pool questions. We have a small backyard and thanks to Shane we were able to install a pool that actually increases the usability of our back yard, and now we are able to enjoy a space with our family and friends for many years to come.
